We are two independent owners' associations, but we have some common expenses and income.

Vesterhave I consists of 72 apartments
Vesterhave II consists of 32 apartments

All green areas on the properties can be used by all residents.
We have a common by-laws and house rules which can be downloaded from the site

Both buildings have a washing and drying room in the basement. An overview and where they are located can be found at boards located all staircase entries.

The parking spaces on the property are rented out to residents for a fixed amount per month. Contact DEAS for more information.

At Vesterhave we are concerned about correct waste management.
Therefore, we will ask the residents to use the facilities that are for sorting the garbage correctly. You can download an overview of where the containers are located on the property here.
Failing to sort garbage correct, fees will be charged directly to the residents who do not comply with the rules on sorting garbage.
